This month I would like to tell you about one of my favourite British biscuits, Jammie Dodgers. These biscuits are named after a well-known British manga character, ‘Rodger the Dodger’.
They are made from shortbread with a raspberry flavoured jam filling. They are particularly popular amongst children, and lions! You can buy them at most supermarkets in the UK, but they are also easy to make yourself! They would make a great holiday souvenir for a friend, so look out for them when you visit the UK!
