The Notting Hill Carnival is the biggest street party in Europe.
It’s a weekend celebration of Caribbean style music, dance, and food.
The Notting Hill Carnival has been taking place in London on the last weekend in August every year since 1964.
The carnival was started by London’s Caribbean population as a way to bring people together in the community.
It started off as quite a small party, but these days more than 2 million people usually watch and take part in the carnival activities.
