Meaning: very early in the morning

Examples

A: What time do you wake up, Matthew?

2. start the day off(日を正しくスタートする方法)

Meaning: to begin the day with something good

Example

A: I always start the day off with a strong cup of coffee. How do you start the day off?

B: I always start the day off with a 30 minute jog.
